Retainer will be set after careful evaluation of the complexity and facts of the particular case. Wills Package Fees: Wills are provided on a flat fee basis in a service package that includes: Simple Will, Statutory Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, Physician's Directive, HIPPA release, Designation of Agent of Remains and Organ Donation. Individual wills package is $500. Second party (i.e., husband and wife) the total package is $800.
